Terms of Service

section 1: Service
The commission will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please specify if the commission is urgent so I can prioritize it.
The commission will be sent through gmail.
I have the right to refuse service under any circumstance.section 2: Usage
Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). If you paid for the artwork or received a freebie from me, you are free to edit however you like without needing my approval.
All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly with credit to the owner of the character. If you don't want your commission posted, please tell me beforehand.
You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me under the name “kittymiaup”.
Please save the artwork. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.section 3: Payment
No refunds. Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances.
Payment must be made first before I start the artwork.
Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted.section 4: Artwork Process
The commission can take 1 or 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork.
You will only get two major modifications for the sketch stage (ex: changing poses, character, sex) and once during the coloring stage. Minor revisions such as changing hair style, expressions and/or accessories are unlimited under reasonable circumstances.
All artwork will be saved in PNG format.
If you plan to print the artwork and would like it to be done on a larger canvas please specify before payment.
Your contact information must be active as communication is crucial for the artwork process.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not allowed to commission me.
T.O.S is subject to change without notice. Some exceptions may apply.

The only payment method is via Paypal !
In order to get a commission you will need to fill a google form or you can just DM me.
If I confirm your commission, you'll receive a PayPal invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 10 days, the commission will be canceled.

Rules !!

⋆˙⊹ I will draw:
Humans, original characters, fanarts, nekomimi, real people, couples.

⋆˙⊹ I won't/can't draw:
racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, furries, mecha, muscular people, graphic fetishes, gore, nudity and/or pornographic material (NSFW).

If you want more than one character in the drawing, you'll have to pay for the corresponding unit price. I will only draw 6 characters at most.
